Thank you for visiting and shopping at A & A Industrial. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Method & Charges
Customers will be contacted via phone or email after completion of their order, to discuss freight options and costs. We currently use Couriers Please for delivery on all orders.
If you would prefer to pick up in store, order confirmation will need to be provided at collection.
A & A Industrial reserve the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time.
Items that are deemed as dangerous goods are not able to be shipped, they are strictly Pick Up in store only.
Authority to Leave
You can opt to have your order left at your delivery address, even if you’re not home. This will need to be discussed during the delivery method communication with the A & A Industrial representative. You will be giving ‘Authority To Leave’ and if so you are;
- Accepting responsibility for the delivery of your order once it leaves the A & A Industrial store
- A & A Industrial assumes a delivery has been made if the courier reports that the item has been delivered
- Non-delivery claims by customers will not be accepted if the courier firm confirms delivery has been made
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other states.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If any item/s arrive damaged or incorrect, contact must be made to the A & A Industrial team as soon as possible. We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that’s received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No replacement items will be issued without prior approval to return damaged or incorrect products.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Australia.
